Welcome to He.ManX. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using He.ManX services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
Our Services
He.ManX provides professional video editing, post-production, and web development services. Our services include but are not limited to short-form and long-form video editing, motion graphics, animation, color grading, social media content production, custom websites, web applications, and UI/UX design.
Payments & Refunds
Our standard terms are 50% deposit to begin work and 50% on delivery. We accept INR (UPI, bank transfer) and USD (wire, Stripe). Deposits are non-refundable once production has started; if we cannot deliver, we refund or re-scope in good faith. Custom terms are available for retainer engagements.
Revisions & Delivery
Every project includes unlimited reasonable revisions until you are satisfied. Short-form videos typically deliver in 2-3 business days, long-form in 1-2 weeks, and web projects in 4-12 weeks depending on scope. Exact timelines are confirmed during the discovery call.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables for the licensed use agreed in your project scope. He.ManX retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a written NDA states otherwise. Raw project files remain our property unless explicitly transferred.
Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time. Work completed up to cancellation is billed pro-rata and the deposit is retained. Web development milestones already approved are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, He.ManX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
